British Council STEM Futures Challenge

British Council STEM Futures Challenge – Global Winner – 13 February 2026

The school was declared a Winner in the Secondary Category of the British Council STEM Futures Challenge – Round 3, conducted under the Learning Sectors Programme with support from Formula One

In collaboration with Rainford High School, UK, students developed a project aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, addressing food security through smart farming, efficient water use, reduced chemical dependency, food safety and sustainable waste management.

This international recognition reflects the students’ innovation, teamwork, problem-solving skills and global outlook.

DSO Girls’ Cricket Tournament – 26 November 2025

Competing against some of the best school teams, the school’s Girls’ Cricket Team made an impressive debut in the DSO Cricket Tournament, winning their very first match and securing 3rd Position. This remarkable achievement reflects the players’ determination, teamwork, sporting excellence, and the dedicated guidance of their coaches.

Gold Medal at the Divisional & State Level Karate Tournament (U-14)-21st November 2025

Ms. Fatima Mohammed Shadab Ansari secured the Gold Medal in the Under-14 Divisional-Level Karate Tournament, qualifying for the State-Level Championship held at Baramati, Pune.

She subsequently represented the school at the State-Level Karate Championship and won a Bronze Medal.

Regional Level of the National Science Drama Festival 2025-17th November 2025

Our school proudly celebrates another remarkable achievement, winning 3rd Prize at the Regional Level of the National Science Drama Festival 2025 after securing 1st positions at both the Ward and District Levels. Covering regions across Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, and Palghar, this victory marks a proud milestone in the school’s journey of excellence. Kudos to our talented performers for their creativity and teamwork.

Ms. Shaikh Aeenaz Mohammed Ishaque received two prestigious national-level recognitions for excellence and innovation in teaching.

  • 25 April 2025 – Excellence in Teaching Maths & Science Award 2025, Sky Explorers: Selected among the Top 10 educators from over 50 nominees across India and honoured in the presence of experts from ISRO, BARC, Godrej Aerospace and the Nehru Science Centre.
  • 5 September 2025 – Teaching Edge 2025, Viva Education: Secured 1st Position in the West Zone, competing with educators from across India.

These honours recognise her creativity, innovative classroom practices, subject expertise and commitment to transforming student learning.

Junoon 18 Create – 19 September 2025

Students achieved outstanding success at Junoon 18 Create, which featured participants from Uttar Pradesh, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune and Nepal. Their sustainability- and community-focused innovations secured multiple top honours.

  • Community Environment – Secondary: “Plastic Reborn” – 1st Prize; “Voices of the Earth” – 2nd Prize.

Asia Cup and DSO Karate Tournament

Asia Cup and DSO Karate Tournament – 9 & 14 September 2025

Afsheen Ziauddin Khan (Std. IX-B) won the Gold Medal at the Asia Cup, competing against participants from Japan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Laveeza Ziauddin Khan (SSC Batch 2024) secured titles at both the Asia Cup and the DSO Tournament.

UNESCO Ambassador Award – 19 April 2025

Ms. Fauzia Ansari, Headmistress, was honoured with the prestigious UNESCO Ambassador Award by the U.S. Federation of UNESCO Clubs & Associations and the World Genesis Foundation for her exceptional contribution to education and inspirational leadership.

The award was presented at the Nehru Centre, Mumbai, by Ms. Heather Anderson, Secretary General, U.S. Federation of UNESCO Clubs & Associations, and President, World Genesis Foundation.

School Enterprise Challenge – 11 March 2025

The school successfully organised the School Enterprise Challenge Exhibition, an international entrepreneurship programme by Teach A Man To Fish, UK.

The student team “Trash to Trend” presented its innovative venture “SegreSmart”, promoting sustainable waste management through the collection of old books, plastics and scrap for NGO donations and project fundraising.

The enterprise earned the prestigious Gold Medal Certification and strengthened students’ creativity, teamwork, entrepreneurship, financial awareness and commitment to environmental sustainability.
